SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS (FOOTWEAR & SNEAKERS)

VOXXIE LAB currently specializes in ready-to-wear, fixed-design footwear and sneakers.

  • Color & Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our sneakers. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • Sizing & Fit: Sizing charts and measurements are provided on our product pages for guidance. Please refer to our detailed sizing guides prior to placing an order.
  • Modifications & Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any sneaker model at any time.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, REGIONS, AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

VOXXIE LAB offers shipping exclusively to selected destinations: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, selected countries in the European Union (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden), and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand). We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

  • Fulfillment & Timelines: Every item is crafted on demand. Production requires 5 – 7 business days before dispatch. Estimated shipping transit times apply after production is finalized.
  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For all supported shipping destinations, applicable customs tariffs, import duties, and local import taxes are handled and covered directly by VOXXIE LAB. Recipients will not be charged unexpected customs clearance fees upon delivery.
  • Shipping Promotions: Promotional shipping offers (e.g., Free Standard Shipping on single-pair purchases, or Free Express Shipping on 2+ pairs) apply automatically at checkout based on qualifying criteria and supported shipping zones.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Our return and refund procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or amended within 6 hours of placement. After 6 hours, orders enter production and cannot be recalled.
  • Defects & Claims: Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted to support@voxxielab.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographic proof for a free replacement or full refund without requiring physical return.
  • Size Remakes: Sizing mistakes by the purchaser are addressed via our discounted remake program rather than open physical returns.
  • Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or subjective styling preferences.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & EXTERNAL LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or external links (e.g., shipment tracking carriers, payment processors) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and ”as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no case shall Vintstep FZ-LLC, VOXXIE LAB, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vintstep FZ-LLC, VOXXIE LAB, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), without regard to conflict of law principles.
